Mars-: God of War

Bush Enola

THE PRESIDENT: Good evening. Five years ago, this date — September the 11th — was seared into America’s memory. Nineteen men attacked us with a barbarity unequaled in our history.” GWB

Which just goes to show how “lucky” America has been- however for the rest of us we have been dealing with barbarity for a very very long time….

At the dawn of the nuclear age, an independent Australian journalist named Wilfred Burchett traveled to Japan to cover the aftermath of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The only problem was that General Douglas MacArthur had declared southern Japan off-limits, barring the press.Over 200,000 people died in the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but no Western journalist witnessed the aftermath and told the story. The world’s media obediently crowded onto the USS Missouri off the coast of Japan to cover the surrender of the Japanese.Wilfred Burchett decided to strike out on his own. He was determined to see for himself what this nuclear bomb had done, to understand what this vaunted new weapon was all about. So he boarded a train and traveled for thirty hours to the city of Hiroshima in defiance of General MacArthur’s orders.Burchett emerged from the train into a nightmare world. The devastation that confronted him was unlike any he had ever seen during the war.The city of Hiroshima, with a population of 350,000, had been razed.Multistory buildings were reduced to charred posts. He saw people’s shadows seared into walls and sidewalks. He met people with their skin melting off.In the hospital, he saw patients with purple skin hemorrhages, gangrene, fever, and rapid hair loss.Burchett was among the first to witness and describe radiation sickness.

Burchett sat down on a chunk of rubble with his Baby Hermes typewriter. His dispatch began: “In Hiroshima, thirty days after the first atomic bomb destroyed the city and shook the world, people are still dying, mysteriously and horribly-people who were uninjured in the cataclysm from an unknown something which I can only describe as the atomic plague.”

He continued, tapping out the words that still haunt to this day: “Hiroshima does not look like a bombed city. It looks as if a monster steamroller has passed over it and squashed it out of existence. I write these facts as dispassionately as I can in the hope that they will act as a warning to the world.”

Burchett’s article, headlined THE ATOMIC PLAGUE, was published on September 5, 1945, in the London Daily Express. The story caused a worldwide sensation. Burchett’s candid reaction to the horror shocked readers. “In this first testing ground of the atomic bomb I have seen the most terrible and frightening desolation in four years of war. It makes a blitzed Pacific island seem like an Eden. The damage is far greater than photographs can show.

“When you arrive in Hiroshima you can look around for twenty-five and perhaps thirty square miles. You can see hardly a building. It gives you an empty feeling in the stomach to see such man-made destruction.”

Burchett’s searing independent reportage was a public relations fiasco for the U.S. military. General MacArthur had gone to pains to restrict journalists’ access to the bombed cities, and his military censors were sanitizing and even killing dispatches that described the horror. The official narrative of the atomic bombings downplayed civilian casualties and categorically dismissed reports of the deadly lingering effects of radiation.

U.S. authorities responded in time-honored fashion to Burchett’s revelations: They attacked the messenger. General MacArthur ordered him expelled from Japan (the order was later rescinded), and his camera with photos of Hiroshima mysteriously vanished while he was in the hospital. U.S. officials accused Burchett of being influenced by Japanese propaganda. They scoffed at the notion of an atomic sickness. The U.S. military issued a press release right after the Hiroshima bombing that downplayed human casualties, instead emphasizing that the bombed area was the site of valuable industrial and military targets.

Can I be honest? Am I free, here in my own country Australia, to say what I think? Let’s see….

I don’t “care” much about America and its 3000 dead- or the families who have “lost loved ones”- I don’t remember that day and mourn. In fact in terms of global tragedies, it means very little to me- it was a drop in the ocean of humanities suffering, a tiny display of the totality of brutality that I have seen in my long life- and if it was a case of Karma being returned to the US for its deeds, my opinion is that, again, the US got off almost ‘scot free.’

Sure television and the propaganda, when I watch it, can mesmerize my mechanicality to such an extent that tears and emotions fill me, I feel empathy- and it is very easy to do that because the focus is on only a few faces, a few stories- the crying child, the wife choked with grief who breaks down on camera….but how can I empathize with the millions and millions who have been butchered in the name of America? or any of the other organisations of death and destruction that masquerade as Government for the people…. it is overwhelming, beyond empathy.

Why should the “world change” simply because two buildings fell down and killed 3,000 people? It is absolutely absurd to me- in fact it is so absurd that it is obvious that something else is going on- another Agenda that is being played out….and then I awaken a little and remember my life and the ‘history’ it has seen and lived through and realize that what is happening now is the same thing that has been happening all along. The same nasty lying brutal horrible game designed and delivered by the same collective of rampant, lying, violent savages- as always.

Rome lives!

The agenda…

the same night that the Towers fell in Manhattan the Criminal Gang controlling Washington did not silence themselves and ask pertinent questions concerning God or death or love or family but rather instead focussed on how to use the just then ‘fresh’ terrorist attack in context of their own agenda- to invade Iraq. Instead of weeping for the ‘lost’ they with emotions of glee began to design the Orwellian-platform for the manifestation of the desires of their hearts, that is: War and Profit.

“They murdered people of all colors, creeds, and nationalities — and made war upon the entire free world.” GWB.

The exact description of America’s actions and agenda pre and post 911…

“Since the horror of 9/11, we’ve learned a great deal about the enemy.” GWB.

It is true. Many have awakened to ‘beast within’ their own shores- to the realities that the real enemies of “freedom” sit astride our nations under the guise of democracy or salvation or freedom, and with the power and the monopoly of the War/Industrial Estate at their disposal. Many have seen more keenly the objective ‘terror of the situation’- that the mass of humanity, in whatever corner of the globe it cowers, is subject and slave to the machinations of the most depraved and violent narcisists that this earth has to offer. The Scum, as it is said, has a definite tendency to rise to the surface. As always.

History, my friends, is a great teacher- if the truth of it can be grasped before it is anathematized into its opposite for the consumption of the slave classes. We have had an opportunity, yet again, to live through the process where we have the possibility of seeing before our own eyes the truth turned upside down by those who rule- the opportunity to see how the masses are hypnotised into aquiesence and then manipulated into war, how the dead are sent to their destruction with God on their side and a song in their hearts- we have seen how these ‘cannon-fodder’ have been turned into ravenous dogs at the behest of their masters only to be used as patsies by their Generals when the reality of their ‘ethics and morality’ have been seen under the bright sun. And when the troops are finished with and sent home to their psychological torture and with their physical degradation we see again, the “emapathy” of their War Masters for what it is.

As the God of Oil once said, “Oil is the fuel but War is the great machine of wealth and profit”.

War is Peace

“I just want you to know that, when we talk about war, we’re really talking about peace.” GWB

There is no “Peace”. Humanity has been at War for six thousand years- it is the acme of their particular evolutionary path…it is their reason detre, it is their driving force, it is their One and Only God and it is their final destruction at their own hands.

And here, right now, at the best seats in the house- as we watch the final curtain falling, we still do not understand.

Mars, the God of War, so aptly named, so easily seen and understood. It’s up their hanging in space, a sign for all of what was, is and what will be.

PS- all peoples are really one people, our one and only home is Earth. All the separation and violence is a creation of those who wish to subjugate under the banner of their true Gods, Saint Profit, Saint Greed and Saint Egoist. They are the dregs of evolution and their path is death.
